The D&D Karuse Foundation is a non-Governmental Organization based in Rwanda, founded by siblings Delice Ishimwe Karuse and Derrick Karuse, with the unwavering support of their mother, Mrs. Marie Ange Claudine Ingabire.
Our Story
Founded in 2021, D&D Karuse Foundation was born out of a shared commitment to support children from single-parent households who face unique challenges in their educational journeys and beyond.
Inspired by Delice's observations of her peers and Derrick's similar experiences, the foundation was established to create meaningful change and provide opportunities for children to thrive.
Our Mission
To promote and inspire children from single-parent families, empowering them to become active participants in their own lives and society. We are committed to upholding their dignity, rights, and spiritual well-being by guiding them on a journey of resilience.
